The pre-season maintenance package is a bulk inspection and maintenance service designed for guesthouses, apart hotels, boutique hotels and holiday rentals around Dalyan, Sarıgerme, Köyceğiz, Göcek and Ortaca. Joinery left closed all winter and exposed to humid air can lead to guest complaints at the start of the season: stiff handles, sashes that will not close and torn insect screens. This package aims to solve problems before guests arrive.
Package Scope
- Opening and closing check and sash adjustment on all PVC and aluminium windows and doors.
- Cleaning and lubrication of hardware and gasket care.
- Track cleaning and roller checks on sliding systems.
- Insect screen checks: mesh, spline and tension cord condition.
- Operation checks for roller shutters and glass balconies.
- Detection of fogging and cracks in double glazing.
- Checks of shower enclosure seals and rollers.
- Room-by-room maintenance report and list of required parts.

In the summer season, a window that will not close or a torn screen in a guest room can turn into a negative review and an emergency call-out. During the season, when service teams are busy, waiting times grow. A bulk check before the season reduces both cost and stress and ensures all rooms are prepared to the same standard.
How Does It Work?
Once we know the number of rooms and windows and the joinery and screen types in your property, we schedule a suitable visit date. During the visit our team checks every room in turn and carries out adjustment, cleaning and lubrication on site. For parts that need replacing (handles, stays, mesh, rollers, glass), a room-by-room report and quotation is provided. With your approval, replacements are scheduled the same day or shortly after.
Pricing
The package price depends on the size of the property, the number of windows and doors and the condition of screens and shutters. So instead of a fixed list price, a tailored quotation is prepared after a survey or once information is received. Part replacements are listed separately in the quotation.
When Should It Be Scheduled?
The best time is a few weeks before the season opens, in March and April. This leaves enough time to source parts and renew insect screen mesh. An end-of-season closing check in October and November is also recommended for gasket and hardware care before winter.
