A large and varied market
With its town centre, Çalış beach, the Ölüdeniz-Hisarönü-Ovacık area and surrounding villages, Fethiye is one of the most populated and varied settlements in the region. There are apartments and shops in the centre, holiday complexes along the coast and villas with pools on the hillsides. This variety calls for a separate solution for each building rather than a single product.
Foreign home owners and a remote process
Many foreign owners spend part of the year in and around Fethiye. For them we make the process manageable from a distance: a photo measurement report is prepared during the survey, the quote is sent in Turkish and English, and product and colour choices are clarified with sample images. After approval, installation can be carried out in the presence of the site management or a caretaker, and you are updated with photos when the work is done.
Glass balconies and terrace use
One of the most requested products in Fethiye’s holiday homes and complexes is the folding glass balcony. It encloses the terrace against winter rain and wind, and opens fully in summer to keep the open-air feel. Profile colour and system type are agreed with the site management beforehand to comply with facade uniformity rules.

Climate note
On Fethiye’s coast, summer heat and humidity are high, while in winter stormy rains from the south-west are common. That is why bottom tracks with drainage channels and well-seated gaskets matter on glass balconies and sliding doors. On south-facing elevations, solar control double glazing reduces indoor heat gain.
Travel and planning

During this visit screens, locks, hinges and glass are checked and reported in a single list, and the necessary parts are replaced on the next visit.
