Project-based service
Marmaris is one of the furthest points of our service area. That is why in Marmaris we mainly take on project-based work such as several windows, bulk insect screens or glass balconies, rather than small single jobs. We plan survey and installation days in advance and try to complete measurement, quoting and, where needed, product selection during the same visit.
Building types and climate
Marmaris has hotels, apart hotels and dense holiday complexes around the bay; apartments in neighbourhoods such as Armutalan and Beldibi; and villas on the hillsides around İçmeler. Surrounded by pine forests, the town has hot, humid summers and very rainy winters. During winter rains, complaints of water coming in through balcony and terrace doors are common, depending on the wind direction.

- Glass balconies: folding systems with drained bottom tracks that make the balcony usable in the rainy months.
- uPVC and aluminium frame replacement: renewing frames that leak or do not close properly in older complexes.
- Bulk insect screens: the same type of pleated or hinged screen for every unit in apart hotels and complexes.
- Solar control double glazing: to reduce indoor heat gain on west- and south-facing elevations.
Complex and business projects
For bulk work in holiday complexes and apart hotels, a common product type and colour is agreed with the site management, preserving a uniform facade. Each unit is measured separately and labelled with its number, production is completed in one batch and installation is carried out in sequence over a few days. For businesses, work done off-season in autumn and winter gives the smoothest result.
Travel and appointments
Marmaris is about an hour and a half by road from Ortaca. Contacting us in advance and, if possible, sharing approximate sizes and photos lets us give you a preliminary price range at the first contact and make the best use of the visit day.
Forest and wind effects
In homes near pine forests, pollen and pine needles can build up in sliding tracks and screens in spring. We therefore recommend easy-to-clean track profiles and screens that can be removed and washed. On upper floors facing the bay, glass thickness on glass balconies and large doors is chosen according to the wind load.
