This page explains the general terms for quotes, orders, payment, production, delivery and installation when you buy from Ulaş Cam PVC. Specific terms for each job are set out separately in the written quote sent to you; where the quote and this page differ, the quote you approved prevails. Quotes and orders
As most of our products are made to measure, the price is set by a written quote given after an on-site survey and measurement. The quote includes the product type, sizes, colour, glass and hardware specifications, installation scope, any extra work, the total amount and the validity period of the quote. The order is confirmed when the quote is approved in writing (signature, e-mail or WhatsApp message) and any deposit is paid.

Credit card instalment options may vary by bank and period; please ask us about current instalment options. As a general practice, a deposit is taken when the order is confirmed and the balance on completion of installation. The payment plan and amounts are stated in writing in the quote. A legal invoice is issued for all sales.
Production and delivery time
Delivery time depends on the product type, whether glass units are needed and how busy the period is; the exact date is confirmed together with the order. If delays occur for reasons beyond our control, such as weather, supply delays or the installation area not being ready, you will be informed as soon as possible and a new date will be agreed together.
Delivery and installation
Unless stated otherwise in the quote, delivery and standard installation within our service area are included in the price. The installation day and time are planned with you in advance. Having an adult at home during installation, and clearing the installation area and items in front of it as much as possible, helps the work proceed quickly and safely. Our team covers the work area with protective sheets and, when finished, removes the dismantling waste and leaves the area clean.
Acceptance and inspection
When installation is complete, we inspect the products together and demonstrate the opening and closing of sashes, the locks and the insect screens on site. If there is a visible defect, reporting it during installation makes it easier to correct straight away. The invoice and warranty certificate are handed over on delivery.
Order changes and cancellation
Because made-to-measure products cannot be used elsewhere once production has started, costs arising from cancellation or size changes requested after production begins are assessed according to the terms stated in the quote. We therefore recommend checking sizes, colours and opening directions carefully before approving the quote. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.
