A beachfront holiday village
Sarıgerme is a holiday resort known for its long sandy beach and pine forest, with a population that multiplies in summer. Hotels and holiday villages line the coast, while family guesthouses, apart hotels and two-storey summer houses fill the area behind. These buildings expect far heavier use from their frames and screens: a guesthouse room door may be opened and closed dozens of times a day throughout the season.
The effect of salt and wind
In buildings close to the sea, salty air quickly corrodes unprotected metal fittings, and sandy wind wears down sliding tracks and brushes. For this reason, in Sarıgerme we recommend stainless or coated hinges and handles, easy-to-clean track systems and screens with UV-resistant mesh. For aluminium frames, powder-coated profiles are preferred; for uPVC, white or light colours are chosen because they heat up less in the sun.
Bulk screen renewal for businesses
After a few seasons in guesthouses and hotels, meshes tear, pleated cords loosen and hinges sag. Renewing the screens in every room to the same standard improves both appearance and guest satisfaction. During the survey we measure each room separately and label it with the room number, so there is no confusion on installation day. When renewal is done off-season, the business routine is not affected at all.

Installation timing
Sarıgerme is about 25 minutes from Ortaca. We advise businesses to book a survey in March or April, before the season opens. We still provide service for urgent faults in midsummer, but appointment times may be longer due to demand. Summer home owners who contact us before arriving can have the installation finished before their holiday starts.
End-of-season maintenance tip
When the season closes, dusting the screens, cleaning sand from the sliding tracks and adding a few drops of oil to the hinges keeps everything working smoothly the following summer. If businesses wish, we check every room at the end of the season, list worn parts and schedule replacements for a quiet period in winter.
